Senior CFD Thermal Simulation Engineer, Nanjing, CN - 2017年2月13日
Most of the days are spent on working with computer: correcting geometry, meshing, setting up physics, checking simulation results, reporting, and rest of time are for problem-sloving (on computer, meeting with other senior or customers).
It seems this job focuses working alone with computer, but the most important part is communication with project team and customers, about evaluation and solution proposals. Those require understanding the concept of simulation, material behavior, and experience collected from others and previous mistakes.
The hardest part is actually the enjoyable part, solving a problem and sharing the lesson with other CFD engineers, and likewise.
In general, this is a tough and highly competitive professional group, because everyone is eager to improve and prove himself/herself. I truely enjoyed working with them.
