We are seeking an experienced UK Project Manager (South) to join our dynamic team. You will act as an INTO representative, driving student recruitment for our UK-based programs, university partners, and future products. Working closely with education agents and other stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in growing enrolments and expanding INTO's presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an annual regional marketing plan to meet recruitment targets.
Build and manage strong business relationships with education agents, feeder institutions, and other stakeholders.
Provide training, guidance, and promotional materials to agents to ensure effective collaboration.
Represent INTO at exhibitions, seminars, and events across Guangdong, Fujian, and Hunan.
Handle inquiries, correspondence, and monthly marketing accounts.
Analyse market opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
Promote INTO’s programs with a focus on maintaining a high-performing, customer-service-oriented culture.
Ensure compliance with legal and INTO standards.
Undertake significant domestic travel and occasional weekend or public holiday work as required.

What We’re Looking For:

You are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for international education and student recruitment.

Essential Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
Knowledge of international student recruitment.
Strong relationship management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Commercial acumen with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the defined region.

Desirable Requirements:

Postgraduate qualification.
Previous experience in recruiting for UK education providers.
