It operates a series of International Finance Square (IFS) in Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing and Wuxi, in addition to Shanghai Wheelock Square and the Times Square developments Series in Chongqing, Dalian, Shanghai and Wuhan. Scope of Learning:
Interns will be assigned to three of our departments to receive on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience:

Promotions & Marketing

• Participate in managing large-scale festive promotions and marketing campaigns
• Administer E-newsletters, promotion circulars and sales redemption

OR

Centre Operations

• Participate in shopping mall operations, including facility management, control room operations, carpark management, etc.
• Provide customer service to tourists/ shoppers about the shopping mall, including concierge, hotline centre, VIC lounge, etc

AND

Tenant Services

• Participate in tenant service management and coordination of various services provided to tenants
• Assist in premises take-over and hand-over procedures

Requirements:
Sub-degree or equivalent, undergraduate or postgraduate in business, marketing, property management or related disciplines

Keen interest in developing career in marketing, shopping mall operations or tenant services

Fast learner, self-motivated, strong analytical skills and positive working attitude

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Good proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Station in Chengdu or Changsha is required

Holders of valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card
