A good company to start a career

AT&T was a good company for new starters. There were good training and mentoring programs for them. It set up higher standard to employees' behavious and had chances for employee to do internal rotations. The hardest part was to understand very complicated internal process and system set up. The enjoyable part was to see growth opportunities internally .
