The best part about my journey at Accenture is that I got the freedom to utilize my technical prowess at its full potential without being held back by the limitations of the availability of resources.Basically, I got a very good exposure as a fresher.
Best for gaining Technologies
Lots of reponsibilites are given. Not enough recognition for the one who forgets to treat your manager as a king although your client appreciates your work.No help from management, just excuses.Managers take extra responsibilities from client for sake of budget without properly evaluating challenges then force the deadlines to juniors who work on it.After completion of work with extra efforts for few months, we receive feedback : it was normal work. But during execution they constantly give motivation as if its the most important task for Accenture's reputation but during performance communication they say otherwise.
join only for learning the skills and getting exposure for chaos
Dont join if you are having strong work ethic, skillset and leadership but no appetite for buttering your boss
Great workplace, amazing colleagues, most of the time employee needs are take care of. Best salary as per market standards.
Great workplace, amazing colleagues, most of the time employee needs are taken care of. Best salary as per market standards. Hikes are good but its an hierarchial organization so things might take time to reach to the upper management at times and you should not try skipping your direct supervisors. So thats a bit complicated. Overall good organization, multiple good projects, industry led trainings. Ootions of cross training also available.
Good hikes, good work-culture, helpful colleagues
Nothing as such, just the hierarchy pattern of organization can be troublesome at times.
Project allocation for a fresher depends on the training and luck. But they provide resources to learn and you can change projects accordingly. Work culture is good. Be vocal in what you need people are understanding.
Less salary for Freshers.
Application Analyst positions
Is really a great place to work, they care about their employees, they have a lot of activities to improve work life balance, and the benefits they offer are outstanding.
They care about their employees
Some clients makes difficult to follow the culture of work balance
Pretty good compensation compared to other service based companies. Work is similar to any other service based companies. A lot depends on the project which you are working on. Additional benefits such as food claim and transport claim when you work on shift is really good
Claim transport and food on shoft
The benefits are not great and the culture seems divided between contractors and FTE. Overall pay is good . I learned how to program from co-workers. Lower level employees have little say. Work can be stressful and difficult during busy season february to august.
Pay, free food
