Great company to work for but the store manager at the store in Atlanta is not a great person to work for
The company is great but store manager is lazy and does not do any real work. Others managers do majority of the work and she takes all the credit. No room for advancement will usually promote from outside of the store rather than promote people in the actual store.
I love Adidas. Working for them, getting to contribute to what they are creating is a great feeling. The downside is, at the office I worked at, you will often work 14+ hour days and you'll find yourself working on the weekends just to keep up with the demands of the workweek. This is due to teams not having enough people for the workload. You'll shine brightly here and burn out quick.
Working as an intern at Adidas helped me to learn much more than I expected. I was trained to be able to solve problems on my own and be responsible for any result I give. I also learned to communicate with any people that can help me and work with a group of people.
During the internship, I enjoyed the fair and competitive working environment and the nice colleague relationship. Adidas is a good company worth dedicating yourself.
