The work culture in China requires little no communication skills. Things will be sprung on you, short notice, often. So although, American Eagle has issues with this, this is not a problem specific to the company.
This company is really good in terms of its structured educational practices and application of educational concepts that were very researched and employed professionally and efficiently. The staff was nice and the food was pretty good.
The pay was great, the lifestyle wasn't at all bad, but the mentality of the regional management was old school Chinese. Difficult to deal with. I would recommend this over many other positions in China.
