Awful Salary

Salaries are awful and they will do anything to avoid talking about it. Interrupting you, trying to distract you with a free pizza and changing the subject to how good the company culture is are all common techniques to avoid conversations about wages. The top performers are rewarded every now and then, with more work of course. Sometimes even a pat on the back and a "well done mate".If you love a financial struggle, you love the idea of earning under 30k per year for the rest of your life and you love a free pizza instead of monetary rewards, then this is the place for you.

No rotation of assignment to learn well and build the self and there is no proper training facility where u shall provide the branchmark which is set by organising and how it be taken up further but they are just busy in showing others downfall and keep on judgement mentality instead of being a good leader and showing the right path or making others that's much capable where they shall know well right path and help other in same way.

If you want to find out how stressful corporate can be and how to accelerate your skills for your next career opportunity you can definitely use BDO as a springboard you will learn tons of skills and experience but it's not a company and culture you want to grow old in salary wise they are the least outside of the big 4 but its really not a bad salary either.

Gestores despreparados, muita gestão que só vê quem bajula, te criticam se não for bajulador de gerente. Não reconhecem seu conhecimento, aprendizado com a rotina! Usam a mesma desculpa para tudo que não temos postura para receber promoções, apenas falam que merecemos o dissídio. Falta preparo a quem vai assumir cargos de líderes, coordenador apenas em nome sobem que bajula mais, mas não sabe nada!
