Ok ,you can'tthink of settling here ,they don't have enough projects for a specific domain so job security might be a concern ,night shift also there in many projects which can spoil ur health

Very boring company

Not recommended to anyone as wlb is not good and growth is stagnant after couple of years in company. You will feel stressed out and not enjoying work

Productive

Nice work culture to learn and grow. Environment to learn new technology. Have less project and ask employee to cross train in case of unavailability of the project in their technology. Company policies are very good.

Great Team and Fun Workplace

It was great working for Birlasoft especially the team. It was a fun team(Peoplesoft Team), learned a lot. People were ready to help. Friendly colleagues and made me feel at home.Loved the cafeteria food, would go for coffee breaks and lunch.

Good Company to work with for long life but only concern is salary appraisal. I didn't get expected increment during last few years. Working culture is supportive & related departments help in required concern

Very supportive management, flexible timings and also better opportunity to learn new things. New ideas are always welcome by management.Management is always support in case of pressure situations.

Productivity orientaion

Management was hands off an let the customer direct and manage employees. At the end of the contract Birlasoft didn't have any other contracts to move too.

Poor corporate culture

voiced repeated concerns, all were ignored, until I was laid off. Difficult to hire people, was told by management getting people hired that were not of a certain gender and culture was extremely difficult and it was.

depending on your project will get work life balence

it's completely depending on your project will get work life balencesome project are too much hectic.. and if you are in sap field then manager will assign you more than 3 project. in the name of its small landscape project..!how 1 person can handle multiple project.. manager itself handling 3-4 project.work life balence will mess up

No personal and professional life balance

Everyday more than 13 hours spent time during work, I was completely distressed technology wise in tool wise they are far behind however it is in transit face there are lots of new tools are coming and gratually adapting new technologies
