The most hardest part of this job is get used to unless complain from customers though some of them are quite unreasonable, listen to their requests also the most enjoyable part is the help we offer and the big WOW they give us .
This job needs the agent to figure out the best solution for guest at the first time, especially, the guest who was very upset.
I learnt how to deal with guest rationally,and feedback to guest as soon as possible. The hardest part is how to reply guest satisfied .
I love to talk or negotiate with guests where to get the achievement.
