福利很好,被DELL收购之后貌似也没有变差。 加班和周末工作比较多,熬夜辛苦。 团队氛围好,经历管理的很好上下级沟通顺畅。

Overall great experience
Pros: My experience in Dell was overall pretty positive. The work/life balance was great, we barely had to overwork, but yet we were not underloaded. What I love most about working in Dell was the work environment, colleagues were very professional, even though we don't always agree on everything. The management team was pretty supportive, they try their best to help engineers accomplish their tasks. Cons: The salary may not be the most competitive in the industry, but considering the good work-life balance, it is fair. Layoffs still happen (not very often), so don't get too relaxed if job security is what you care about

Very satisfied with my job
Comfortable working environment and flexible working hours. Colleagues are all nice and willing to help me. Since joining the job, I have never been familiar with the solution, and now I can communicate with customers. I think I grow up fast. Over time, I will join more projects to create greater value for companies and departments.

The most enjoyable part of the job
1. When customers recognized what I did. 2. When the outcome of the project(s) turn to be positive after experiencing hard time, for example, tight schedule or different perspectives because of cross-functional cooperation.
