Empleados con un pago súper bajo, demasiado trabajo, no pagan el over time, las opiniones de los empleados no son escuchadas, el manager de housekeeping no es una persona que se interese por el bienestar de sus empleados.Ingresas a trabajar y no te dan una capacitación de la empresa, ni de tus beneficios, te dan más habitaciones de lo esperado, trabajas muy duro y la remuneración es súper mala.

I had to leave because my health condition at the time, i had cancer and decided treating it in Brazil with my family.HILTON IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES I EVER WORKED FOR.From the front desk to the GM they know you by name and treat and trust on you as a Family.

Terrible place to work, would not recommend

This is one of the most toxic and disorganize places I have ever worked. Management turns a blind eye when they feel like it and will come down on one they decide they do not like for things that are not even their fault. Work place is terrible, guests and managers alike make one want to walk out on any given day. The pay is the only good thing about this job. Hours are inconsistent, managers do not communicate and often pick favorites and ignore/degrade all others they do not seem as favorites. Guests will talk down to you every day and when asking a manager for backup they will rarely come as they enjoy sitting at their desks watching from afar doing nothing to help their subordinates out at all then later on will yell at and degrade associates for guests comments on service. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Con: Hardest part of the job is definitely the rooms. Hotel is in very bad condition it’s makes you work harder and maintenance never fixes anything. POOR MANAGEMENT. UNDERPAID. Pros: you can still have a life working here.

Job seems enjoyable for the people who don't work for front desk. Front desk gets excluded from many employee get-togethers/parties. Even though the Front desk should have all the information for guests, large groups/events, etc., communication is HIGHLY lacking. You do not get help when you need it, even when it is offered. They will schedule one person for the morning and tell them to figure it out themselves, but the pm shift will have a whole crew. And the favoritism is insane.
