I loved working there

I had to leave because my health condition at the time, i had cancer and decided treating it in Brazil with my family.HILTON IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES I EVER WORKED FOR.From the front desk to the GM they know you by name and treat and trust on you as a Family.

Good money most of the time

You have the ability to make very good money but you better save some of that money for December through February. They offer benefits generally not available to those in the food industry.

Fun place to work.

Easy money. Stress free. Only quit because new management brought in their own people. Pushed current employees out. Had to watch your money though . Money from tip jars often came up missing. Lots of theft. Employees would carry food, alcohol anything they could carry out the back door.

Management sucks

management never was on the same page as any bartenders, very hostile communications between with management, also very unsupportive. The hotel discount was the only reason I dealt with them.

Was fun and a great job until Management ruined everything

I have never been disrespected by a company as I have this Embassy Suites. I was directly threatened in my face multiple times by another employee and when I brought it to light, I was treated absolutely unfairly. This company plays favorites and does not follow Hilton police’s like they say they do. It’s like being back in high school. No one does their job, no one works together and everyone clashes.

The guests were always the best reason to go to work.

What is the best part of working at the company?The guests and the money. The new management that came in are the worst I have ever worked for. Very unprofessional. The 2 of them were a who you know not what you know kind of people.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Nothing at all. Good money

Great money. Terrible hotel management. Guests were ok. Free food is awesome. One manager is awesome. Cooperate company not bad. Short staffed, no support.

Management is terrible!!!

This is the worst place I have even been employed at!!! I was so excited to join the team but once there I couldn't have beenmore disappointed in every aspects of this company and its policies!!! Management/employees everyone is family related somehow from the front desk to the kitchen to bartender its absolutely ridiculous!!! If you aren't liked or accepted for whatever reason then your out of there they absolutely play favoritism!!!

Money was great

Money was great in the bar, but my goodness was the management awful and had so much favoritism. There was no communication and training was minimal. I would work here just for a short time to get a good cash flow, then be over with it.

Fun!

They want too much of the mental health . But full time workers get benefits like health insurance, 401K . They also give you CC tips by biweekly payroll along with the base pay .The cash you can keep every night.

Great place to work.Good people to work with and phenomenal benefits

I made awesome money, but had to work ALL holidays n most weekends. The people you work with are great and very helpful.The guest were always polite n patient.Managemen5 team was understaffed,so the asst.gm n gm were often your go to person.Which was ok, but I personally would have liked a restaurant manager to go to or ask for help.But they can't keep a restaurant manager,not sure why.I worked there for 2yra.We had a restaurant manager for like 9 mths, 3 different mangers

Overall good place to work

Mostly enjoyed meeting new guests from other states or countries.Management was helpful as well as supportive. Great benefits, good management staff throughout

Loved my job

I loved the fast pace ..I felt like the Time went by really fast .. Because we were so busy.. Great place to work..mgr’s worked with you on your scheduling .. As they were always willing to help jump in and help if you ever needed it..It was all about the team work in my eyes..Happy customer. Makes a happy bartender.Makes the hilton more revenue…

Eh, I don't hate it

I'm a server in the banquets department and I do have to say they get their money's worth. We work really hard and upper management isn't always aware of that, but that's just corporate America really. Despite that, it is really not the worst job I've ever worked and they hire a diverse group of people so the company is good. They do feed us often which is not something I've experienced at other jobs, so that's appreciated

Free lunch, fast paced some days, but not so much that it's awful.

缺点

The hotel is large and running around it, you'll definitely get your steps in.
