I really enjoyed working for EY for my internship. I had chances to work for clients from different industries, and I find EY is a great place to learn how to utilize skills that adapted from classes to solve real-life challenging tasks.

I think EY is one of the most excellent Big 4 Firms. EY helps me to train fast learning skills in the audit engagement. EY also trains me with excellent communication skills both externally to clients as well as internally to seniors and managers.
Designed an operational risk framework on a risk control project for a tier 1 life insurance company in China Streamlined process to efficiently collect loss and asset data from the client Evaluated loss frequency and severity through regression models Monitored the effectiveness of the risk control process and presented findings to senior management Completed thorough documentation on Standard of Procedure (SOP) and Operational Risk Management Procedure
As an intern, I helped my co-workers to do some replicant work. Printing, asking for auditing information and inputting info. into Excel were most of my work. I learned how to get along with our clients especially when they are busy handling their own work. Team building activities are good for teammates relationship.
Great place for people who are looking for entry-level positions. Company's system encourages employee to work harder. Financial service is good for people who are eager to learn stuff from various industries
Work overtime everyday and this situation lasts for more than half year. The salary is not that good when considering the stressful work and heavy workload. Not every senior auditor and manager is friendly, but mine managers and co-workers are friendly.
The subject is EY's slogan. If you make it to EY you will see many opportunities for career development and advancement. Working in Big4 does not mean you need to scarify your time and work for long hours. You will still able to enjoy Work Life Balance if you know how to manage your time well.
