I just feel like having more time for your personal life is needed. hope and pray you don’t get a bad route. If you don’t like driving in ALL weather conditions don’t apply.

Great For Part Time Unless...

If you are willing to show up 5x a week to work for 2-5 hours, this is the perfect place for you. Great place for teens to start a job and get experience.Great with working with College students. Cons:Zero progression Hours are not guaranteed.No Lunch Or BreaksWater is not always providedSupposed to have some license to drive the tugger ive been employed the past 45days and still havent received it nor has it been mentioned. The License doesnt come with a pay increase so no one likes to drive.

Coworkers are very nice. Training is very thorough. The only problem is the ventilation in the warehouse is bad and that paired with the heavy duty work was too much for me in the hot weather

Team lift without a team.Do multiple jobs for one pay.Have to wake up in the middle of the night to double check schedule so you don't miss work.Due to management changing start times at will sometimes just a few hours before we had to be there Even the management has to hold down a second job because no one can afford to live working here

they work hard on making sure we work the least hours with the most work load. People quit every other day and those who stay suffer the workload. Managers walk around, smoke and laugh between themselves, most don't do any sort of help. everyday message from higher ups is to do more work and faster

First the building does not have central air, except the manager offices, where they have AC units. Hot air is blown from everywhere, including restrooms, and due to summer the sinks push hot water.Managers definitely pick and choose, not to mention, how most of these people even became managers is questionable.They only have 1-2 people to tend to the 300+ people who seek medical attention, if and when needed.People in the rec center definitely act like they haven't been in a package handlers position, and they make it difficult to get anything done, due to attitude when you ask them for anything. Not even considering the fact that you know there is 300+ people working in the building at all times, like you basically signed up to deal with anyone and everyone that comes in and out. The only good thing is the people you meet along the way, and weekly pay.

Unprofessional and lack of communication

First day of work was lack of communication no learning embassador. There equipment would constantly fail ,the packages would be so damaged the labels would always be unreadable to Scan and there is no AC unit so building would become so hot . Would get so many overload packages that would be so damaged. The pay is not even worth the amount of work they have you do.

Fast paced and High labor

It’s not a hard job but it can be stressful & overwhelming at times. The pay is decent depending on where you are. And you get paid weekly. Management can either be helpful or useless depending on who your ops manager is. You’ll learn how to be more efficient as you go or if you had a really good trainer. Workplace culture can range from good to bad once again depending on your coworkers or management.

Some management is great. Other management doesn’t care. Unrealistic times to get the packages loaded into trailers. Benefits suck only getting to work part time.

Working there as a former Package Handler wasn't very beneficial. The full time position while working at 3 different locations in Florida, Minnesota, and Wisconsin wouldn't get you even 30 hours in 5 days working both Inbound and Outbound. Pay isn't competitive against UPS. After having management continually swearing and not provide professional training that even HR wouldn't investigate into. Your use a number with limited options to grow with these guys. Work this if you're going fir tuition reimbursement to get a way better job after you complete your college degree.

Short shifts, HR not following up on harassment, lack of hours, lower pay than UPS.

What is the best part of working at the company?Not exactly sure....I hope to never have to work there ever again.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Very little training or supervision.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Confusing is the best way to describe it.Not where the FUN is @.What is a typical day like for you at the company?It was nonstop nonsense. Go here then just kidding go over here. Now tape boxes for 5 minutes, then go 500ft and load this truck without any instruction or supervision. Break, same routine then go home.
