Good place to learn and grow

Ford is generally a very nice place to acquire new skills and knowledge. You have plenty of training either online or face-to-face. The hardest part of the job is that there were way too many meetings that you don't have time to do your work, and sometimes you need to stay late to call in a meeting with colleagues from other time zone.

Working in For Motor Company Asian Pacific Headquarters, coordination skills are mandatory as communications with markets and partners are daily tasks. It has been challenging. However I've got grown with the difficulties experienced.
Position rotating is good for career development. I worked in the VINCENT project implementation and operations in Marketing Team for 3 years and then rotated to Sales Order To Delivery Team afterwards. I've obtained solid knowledge and experience from both positions.

Good place for graduates

First job after graduation. I started from an assembly line operator, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. 3 years after, I was given more responsibilities to plan the schedules for the whole plant.
