Loved the job hate the management

The job is easy and the pay is one of the best around for the type of work you do. Management is a disaster though. They dont do anything to fix problems and definitely don’t thank you for the hard work you do.

Don’t do it.

Don’t work for this poorly ran company. Bosses change several times a year, turn over it crazy. Morale is very low with unattainable numbers. Either you have too much time vested in to leave or you’re looking to leave. Performance pay is garbage.

Could be much better. Operations typically fluctuate. Could make some decent salary all in all. Productive nonetheless and the work pace is a bit much.

One of the worst most stressful jobs I’ve ever had.

What is the best part of working at the company?The pay is the only thing good about this company. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everything! They expect too much from their employees. The turnover rate is insane. It’s like a revolving door. Management shows favoritism and it’s obvious. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The people work in cliques. If you’re not in the right one, they treat you horribly and refuse to help even when you’re struggling. Even if you help them. What is a typical day like for you at the company?It’s nonstop stress. All you do is chase faults on the equipment with little to no help. People actually watch you do this and rarely offer help. Management constantly asks you do more. It’s all about production and numbers.

They don't care about there people.

After 32 years with the company on my retirement .all they gave me was a cake.and not one word from the top management of the office. The managers don't care about the people that work for them. As long as you hit your sales number and if you hit your number it will go up next time. So it is a loosely way to run a business, most of the people are looking for new jobs. If the pay was not good they would not be able to keep anyone.

Whats to be expected from a corporation

If you enjoy working primarily by yourself, this job may be a good fit. Challenging sales goals to reach your bonus are the only troublesome qualities of making it a long term career.

Heaven for some...Hades for others

1st impression. Very good compensation- virtually no life work balance. Hopefully you can get paired with the right trainer as the choice can makes it break you.

You would think the company was brand new because noone seems to know what's going on and the lack of communication and management is just ridiculous.

Not a good place

They don’t care about the person just the work you just got to fight through the heat and your health and try to make it that’s all I can tell you the culture is to watch your back everybody wants the money

Libertad de accion, yo designaba mi entrada y mi salida, el mejor trabajo que tuve hasta ahora

Entrar a las 2.00 am, llegar al café gratis, tomar tu unidad ya lista, manejar con el fresco de la madrugada (donde vivo hace calor todo el día), atender tus primeras cuentas antes del amanecer, hacr muchos amigos en cada tienda donde trabajas, con los compañeros de otra empresas, terminar tu ruta antes de las 11 de la mañana, regresar a casa a mediodia, con la opcion de llegara a almorzar a casa o en el camino sin estress... tardes libre para dedicarle a la familia, fines de semana libres, etc. excelente!!! eso si, a dormir temprano para no tener problemas al levantarse a la 1 o 2 de la madrugada...

Pay is alright, expect at least 50 hrs a week

So pay starts out at 61,100 but thats base off 50hrs and 100% to sales plan. you start out as a RSA which you cover call outs and vacation days. So you jump from route to route different start times and days off. You do get 12 pay holidays which is great but doesnt equal to a full days normal pay. This can be a tough job

Bad management no one hold anyone accountable good thing you well never get fired if you work hard you get punish instead reward they make there own rules every time

Seems okay so far the pay is decent. Looking for a better opportunity to make some money but based on the reviews here seems a little up in the air. I enjoy my independence so hopefully this works out

Just not worth it

Pay doesn't match what they expect of you. Seniority is big , everything is document and the warehouse is not what it seems, broken down, unorganized, getting to where you need to go is as worse as traffic on the freeway.

Love being a Merchandiser

I would recommend being a merchandiser over sales rep. Any day. Yes you make more money as a sales rep but it comes with a lot of stress and headaches.

Easy Job....Easy Money

Easy Job. Drive a truck. Unload it. Check it in. Put it up. Drive to the next store and do it again. Easy money. Paid weekly. People crying are people who want a paycheck but don't want to work for one. Simple as that!!

Great money to be made but they own you and you'll have no life.

Overall the job is easy. The hours are long because unless you have seniority you'll be working 12 hour shifts. 4 days every week. It's supposed to be 3 days every other week but they always require you on your 4th day. The benefit of this though is if you volunteer for the 5 and even 6th day which alot of people do, it's all double time. They suck you in because they know everyone is struggling these days. Then you end up neglecting every other aspect of your life for a big paycheck.

The job was ok. Had to work holiday. Holiday was the worst. Customer take everything and if your rep didn’t order right. You was screwed. Kept lying about full-time
