Enterprise Culture is the best thing I can feel.
GE is not only a big global company from America, it is also a platform for our graduates to practice and walk into the society. I joint the Edison Engineering Development Program in that summer vacation. When I was an intern in GE, I can feel the culture, which is not only "push" from each colleague, GE also encourage my colleague to "get" from each aspect. We have many sharing conventions and sessions, we can learn too much during each lecturer and topic. This is the core culture in GE.

Great culture, great colleagues, and the great experience. GE's slogan is imagination at work and this culture deeply influents every employee in the company. When I joined GE Oil & Gas Division, the division was just established. My work at the first year focused on set up operational procedures and launched the Oracle system for The new legal entity. The second year, with the support of management, I started to set up a BI system which can automatically export all the analysis report which was manually prepared before. The time I saved from the improvement makes me get more time to focus on other improvement and get the work more and more easy.
