Mostly support projects. The establishment has good number of clients. If you want job security please do join. Hikes can vary from persons' performance.

No perks,no policies,no management.Worst company.Never go to this worst comapny ever.No festival celbration.In terms of variable they pay very very less

Maybe ideal for someone right out of college

Not ideal for seasoned professionals; as, if you’re not employed at HCL headquarters and a ‘favorite’, you will likely run out of runway. Maybe ok for someone wanting to cut their teeth right after college.

Colleagues are very friendly and helpful

Good salary, on time salary, good career growth, colleagues are very supportive, shift allowance, free cab if you are working in shift, hybrid model.

缺点

Nippon software, they installed in, laptop to monitor the working hours. Even if you don't have work, you need to be online. Management is expecting to complete 9 hours in laptop. Very frustrating.

Overall disappointed by the managerial politics that goes around to demean one’s progress. Managers do not care about people working under them, working like an individual, still being in a team is HCLs rootculture. No one to listen here no one to help

Uncaring company

High job secured, no micro management. Very very less increment, great learning platform, good for freshers and senior persons who are near to retire.
