The working hours are flexible, however the manager in the one I'm working for is not really responsible. It's okay for as a student as a part time job, for meeting different people there is interesting.
It was a fun, fast space working environment, I took orders, collecting payment, prepare food, making ice creams, sometimes need to clean tables too. We helped each other with their orders when it was busy.
It is a busy and well paid place to work in, they have very friendly staff and highly returned regulars dinning there. The only disadvantaged part would be the unclear tips share, otherwise it is all good.
A team will work productively; procedures and policies nailed if they were trained properly.
As a manager, I realized how important is work culture and the atmosphere mean to be, to enable the staffs work at their 100%
My work in KFC was to order food for customers and to provide services to customers. Always stay positive and smile to customers. I also like to apply my knowledge in psychology to predict what customers really want and provide best services to them. I like the working environment because I can always talk to people.
The intern is just for broaden my eyesight. And it does help!
I can meet with a lot of people in KFC everyday.
I also learned what a service attitude should be like and it helped me communicate with others in the future.
Working in the Development Department of KFC Corp. is definitely a fun experience to me. I had the opportunity to examine whether a location has potential to bring enough profit to the store. Besides, all my colleagues were very nice and taught me a lot.
Working in KFC as a waiter is quite easy, sometimes is busy, especially in the evening. In this 2 years, I enjoyed working with my colleagues and serving customers. I spent some wonderful time with some kids in the restaurant even though I felt tired till working at late night and early morning.
· Handled guest cash and credit transactions for a total of $1,000 per shift
· Answered customers’ questions and processed orders, an average of 100 orders per day
· Maintained a clean and an organized service area
