This was my first job after graduating from bachelor. It was my honor to work in Lenovo, I am very appreciative of my choice. I have learnt a lot from this job as a Web developer in my department, my colleagues were very passionate and always willing to share their knowledges with each other. Effective communication and efficient collaboration were my favorite part of my work.
The company reorganize the corporate structure at least once a year, because they change the strategy every year. The reputation outside China is actually better than inside China. The way they treat employee is great, they focus on delivery and productivity rather than long working hour, and there is no office politics going around. The executives are comparably open minded and easy to reach.
This was a interesting working experience. Dealing with the Australia and New Zealand market was also a good experience as a starter to working place.
I improved my statistics and reporting skills at Lenovo. I knew how to cooperate with colleagues from different cultural background.
This company is one of the biggest technology company in China. My project there is to embed an linux operation system to mobile. You can learn a lot from teammates, but you may need to stay late sometime.

And in company, there have good physical training infrastructure, such as rock climbing, gym.

Once we have a goal, all associated department will contribute their resource to help you meet the goal. For example, when we decided to create a e-commerce platform for company,all other department such as HR, marketing came to me and asked if they can help me in any aspects.
Great people, hard working pace, high expectations drive hard work and standards. ethics, understanding of others. Challenging to get things done when task involve too many different teams/departments.
People there are nice, but inside the company, the company structure are little bit heavy and messed up. different project teams are crossed together and interns could be working on different jobs at same time
Very complex relationship between workers. Line managers are selfish and care only people from their original departments. When new guys transferred to new dept. , new dept. line manager don't give chances(no room for promotion ) a new guys
