Period for getting ready too short

Overall, working in Microsoft is not bad. You know what to do and what you should not do. However, the time given for getting ready is too short - one month. During which you should get yourself prepared for your work. I'd say that period is too short.

A world class company

I can learn a lot of good things and advanced techs here. In Microsoft, at least in my team, no one push works to others, we showed passion how to make the things better rather than just finish the work. I'm proud of I was a member of Microsoft.

Good manager, collages and environment to work with.

The business culture is great. The company offers many lounges and sports spaces. The company also offers many restaurants and cafes where you can take care of your meals three times a day. The company's welfare facilities are also very good. The supervisors and colleagues are very good to work with and there is a one on one opportunity every fortnight to talk to the manager about work issues. The work is not very busy and the workload is appropriate for each week.
