There are good service at Pander and nice passion to costumes. Everyone work hard includ the management. Our team work together. Hardest part is breaking not enough.

Good first job

It was fun and good for my first job. Management was strict sometimes on appearance. The cooks were helpful and made rush hour easy. Good lunch too can eat a free meal there.

Stressful

They have too many rules and very high expectations. Very tedious management while also being in a fast paced environment. You also get written up for every little mistake that you make, sometimes it wouldn't even be your fault.

Always busy

Challenging, fast work that requires the ability to multitask. Physically demanding. Free meals on the job are great. Management system is very involved for a fast food restaurant, which can be either good or bad - every location will have the same work culture (mandated by Panda) but will always a very different experience depending on the specific managers and employees - if you're a people person, you'll thrive here. Remember that in an interview, you the employee are also interviewing the manager.

Not a good experience

The job itself was not too bad. For me, I just had a bad experience with my coworkers and the manager. The people were not very nice and the manager was very condescending. Was miserable most of my time there.

Very busy but overall good place

Good place to work at in college. Solid pay but you will have to work for it. Free food and friends and family discount are a big plus. High expectations but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Do not recommend

The people on the job were not friendly or helpful. It was dreadful to work here and come to work each shift due to feeling so out of place. They will speak different languages and laugh at you when you do not know what they’re talking about. I have learned nothing from this job!

Never a dull moment

Very fair company, benefits, and compensation are top-notch just have to deal with some of the supervisors that could be a bit picky and stuck up but overall the company will treat you correctly. They do mind giving raises working with such a great group of people really makes the difference and knowing that you could impact somebody’s life for the better Truly a great company that will help you transform your life. Only downside is they will they will work you meaning 12 to 16 hour days which isn’t the company’s fault. Just hard to find help.

Fun and great

Good bonus ,good support from top management ,great work culture .Always room for growth . If you are motivated individual this company is definitely for you where you can learn so many things and learning is on going in this company.

Manager and coworkers are amazing but pay…

I loved to work there cuz my coworkers and manager were amazing, however the were understaffed so bad and I felt I should get paid more- lots of customers, fast working environment, busy everyday, doing multiple jobs

hard work, good pay

if youre a hard worker this is the place for you, but it can be too much at times during peak hours being the only person cooking all the entrees. would recommend but personally wouldnt stay for too long

Super busy depending on store and location but training is well done and the pay is decent. You get a free meal and can request new uniforms pretty easy.

Honestly love working at my location (great team, leading manager, and nice costumers), but i will say at times it can be kind of demanding when it come to rushes.

Normal place to work

Not a bad place or that great. A lot of culture politics so be ready for that if you're planning to join. Just mind your own business and everything will be ok

Great place to work great pay lots of hours for everyone especially if you want to work overtime. Free meals during break is also a plus and your easily promoted.

Cool

Cool and organized place. Everyone was reliable. They switched managers early on when I started (can’t recall the reason) and the new one was stricter but in a positive way and the transition went smoothly.

Bad management

Managers are very rude and don’t appreciate their workers as they should. Easy quick hours when they’re not there but if they are, prepare for a long day. On a slow day, they’ll find something for you to do that you never thought you’d be doing.

Great place for a high schooler! While it all depends on the location you’re placed I did enjoy my time here. After a year I left to find a higher paying job.

Panda Express is a very close oriented workplace, if you're up for the hard work, this place could teach you a lot.

Panda Express teaches you the hardships right away, so they always encourage and train you to put in 110% effort so that you can grow with the company. A typical day at a work is constantly moving down the food stations to the register and lots of yelling because you have to call out food orders to the back. The workplace culture is very healthy, they always try to make you feel understood and heard. The hardest part about the job would be the training because they set you on a 5 minute timer for you to stock up and if you're slacking or too slow, you will be called out for it. You also cannot spend more than 30 seconds on a register with a customer on busy days. They're very harsh on time so when you're slow, you'll most likely be talked to about your performance. An unpopular opinion I have is that even though they train you hard, they truly do prepare you for growth and higher positions.
