Great workplace and culture

Fiat Chrysler Automobile has offices in Shanghai, China. FCA has a great workplace and very strong internal controls. Although the work is divided up to different departments, staffs in every department cooperate very well due to a harmonic business culture and great tone at the top.

Good place to learn the job

Good place to learn and progress, but there is a point when you get stuck in your career and must move forward. Peugeot Citroen Group allows you to learn many aspects of designing a car, letting you transfer to other departments rather easily.

Work and life balance

When i went to back to Fiat company, it's a new challenge for me. Because my job position is a buyer as my bachelor is accounting related. The three months before i joined in, i was trained on the job. For example, looking up the old references and reports to get an overview of my job. In addition, my supervisor always taught me a lot. Our team has 3 people. We had dinner each month. The hardest part of the job is the report which is to the global leader. We need get the approval from global leader. Before reporting, i should prepare all slides and all questions that the big boss may be ask me in the conference. In addition, the most enjoyable is that i finished my reporting very well and got approval from the global bosses.

Nice place to work

Interesting experience in Changsha China. Very well organised manufacturing engineering office with the exact amount of resources. The hardest part of the job: communication at floorshop level due to language barrier. Manufacturing engineers helped a lot to sort this issue.

Nice places and excellent work-life balance

FCA is a nice place to work, peers there are desire to work in teams and facing problems together, you will never fell alone. Work-life balance is also excellent, over time work is sometimes necessary but not recommended, most of time, over time work is conference calls between China and US, but it`s quite reasonable and company allows you to come later the next day.

Secure job

Job is secure but less exciting. Great work environment with employees from multiple countries. The company does not sell vehicles in North America so many of you may never heard but it is quite popular in Europe market as it has 200-year history since its establishment in France.

Grâce à ce stage, j’ai acquis de nombreuses connaissances sur les différents méthode de production (emboutissage, ferrage et peinture ). Je suis devenue capable de maîtriser des gestion, de contrôler et de rendre compte de mon travail De plus, j’ai acquis des savoir-faire concernant la conception d’établissement de processus de maintenance , la résolution des problèmes sur la division maintenance de la chaîne de production et l’axe équipements de PES pour dérouler un projet. En ce qui concerne le savoir-être, j’ai appris à travailler en équipe et à m’adapter au rythme de travail des autres. J’ai découvert un monde de travail où nous devons toujours discuter ensemble, faire les travaux étape par étape. Les conceptions de gestion sont faites beaucoup par l’expérience et par les connaissances très concrètes et pratiques L’ambiance de travail était excellente, les ouvriers et les techiniciens m’ont beaucoup aidé pour le travail. Au début, j’ai trouvé le travail un peu difficile, parce que je n’étais pas familiarisé avec les règles dans l’usine. Ils ont aussi partagé leurs expériences et la documentation avec moi. Grâce à eux, j’ai pu acquérir les conaissances les plus pratiques. Ce stage m’a permis de découvrir le monde du travail, qui s’est révélé être très différent de ce que je pensais. Il m’a aussi apporté des valeurs et des expéiences importantes pour ma vie professionelle à l’avenir, comme le travail en équipe, la connaissance de la gestion de projet et mission me mener une -
