The culture in Target is Fast Fun and Friendly. I was happy when working at Target. It's fair and transparent.
It provides lots of opportunities to elevate myself. I have to manage vendors and production process, and I have to communicate with cross functional teams as well as managers to solve problems. The most enjoyable part is, my colleagues are supportive and have high sense of team spirit. I enjoy working at Target.
