A typical day at work was a minimum of a 10 hour day, but the days went by very fast having so much to complete each day. With 16 Chinese sub contractors and my 20 plus quality team controlling the quality of every aspect of what they constructed.
Strong support from management helped drive quality awarness on the project.
The harest part of the job was to get the 16 subcontractors to follow the project quality standards.
The most enjoyable part of the project was winning awards for quality from Shell.
