Fast-paced and stressful workplace

The main resopnsibility of my job is to supervise the whole process of exit of employees, both bule collars and white collars. Besides, do some basic works in HR system.
In the progress, we always need to pay full attention on our work, but I really learn a lot and fit in with the fast-paced work gradually.
