Good place

I was a trainee there for 6 months. It was a good experience with lots of studying and couching sessions maintained by Managers or Supervisors. As a fresher, I learned a lot at this position. Would definitely recommend to do internship there.However, the work compensation was not very satisfying.

productive and fun workplace

its was enjoyable and productive workplace. I've learned to be efficient at work, quality of cleanliness and guest relations. The management continuously pursuing every employee to enhance and achieve more in their goals both personal and work goals. And I enjoyed working with every kind of nationalities working at the hotel because I've also learned their culture.

Front Office operation; guests profile modify.1 month. Housekeeping Department. 1 month. Fitness Centre Department. 4 month. The hardest part of the job was morning shift work at the Fitness Centre. The most enjoyable part of the job was, I had a unforgettable experience with my Fitness Centre&Housekeeping senior colleagues.

During my typical day at work,i am responsible for overseeing my staff if they always deliver a good service for the guest. I learned how to deal with different guest and manage staff Management style is so hard to to put your finger on,but i tink in general a good supervisor gives clear directions and motivate your staff. Always coordinate with co-workers and help them if needed [teamwork] The hardest part of the job is to motivate the staff to pay attention to detail so that the highest level of cleanliness can be maintaned and gust expectations will bw met. The most enjoyable part of the job was coming in to work and who i was working for.

the best company i worked for

I was handling the guest service and most of the time is training in different departments so that get a well known of the hotel operation. What i learnt are very useful and meaningful for my future career. not only the skill but also the working attitude. My colleagues are amazing, shared a lot of experience to me and help me grow. the management team are super professional and knows how to use people nicely, make staff work and maximized their talents. the hardest part for me was keep in touch with something new on daily base. the most enjoyable part was learn something new on daily base, and solved the problem by myself.

I recently graduated from college, earning a higher diploma degree in the hotel and tourism management. I have worked as a trainee in The Ritz Carlton, Sanya. During this internship program, I have gained variety of knowledge and experience in working at a reputable five star brand. I have experience and skill in working as a waiter, a room attendant, The Kids Club and a bellman as well. As an employee of a reputable brand, I always create a friendly environment with my colleagues, and believe in hard work and team spirit. During my experience working for a global brand, the hardest part of the job was to communicate with the guests as some of the Chinese guests could not speak English. Other than such aspects, I enjoy my work and give the best of my ability to my job.
