福利差

这是我做过最坑爹的公司，10点半上班7点半下班中间还要扣除一小时用餐时间。老员工基本没活路。新来的工资4200，而老员工干了7.8年才3900。没加班基本每月就领这点工资！请问再这样的环境上班还有动力为公司做的更好吗？工资不公平。干的活也不公平！上班有的人要么干死累死，有的人能闲死。问题那么大的公司管理层也不闻不问。还叫我们提问题，请问提出的问题有几个能决绝的。现在大家都看的淡了，能混口饭吃都无所谓啦。This is the worst company I've ever worked for. You have to deduct an hour's meal time between 10:30 and 7:30. Old employees are basically dead. The new salary is 4,200, while the old employee has worked for 7.8 years and only 3,900. Did not work overtime to get this salary basically every months! Is there any motivation to do better for the company in such an environment? Wages are unfair. You're not doing a fair job! Some people at work can either work themselves to death or work themselves to death. The management of a company with such a big problem doesn't care. We are also asked to ask questions, and there are several questions we can refuse to answer. Now everyone see of light, can mix mouth rice to eat to all don't matter

This is a fun place where everyone enjoys and work hard to achieve the objective of the company. IT department will try and help each other and work as a team
