Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist & AI Engineer to join our dynamic global team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and adept at communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing and deploying AI-driven business analytics solutions, enabling our clients to make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and clients to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate, and implement AI models, algorithms, and tools that address specific business challenges and drive client value
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into data-driven AI solutions, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly
• Extend and customize existing ML frameworks and libraries to align with unique business needs
• Conduct data acquisition, cleaning, and exploratory analysis to support AI model development and ensure data integrity
• Present complex AI and data analytics concepts to clients and stakeholders in an easily understandable manner, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor the performance of AI solutions, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives through regular validation and iteration
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and develop new features that improve efficiency and client experience
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of practical experience in AI development, with a strong emphasis on business analytics, data visualization, machine learning
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into data-driven solutions and effectively communicating the results to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with object-oriented programming, multiprocessing, and API frameworks
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, cloud-based data warehouses, and data visualization tools
• Experience working with popular AI model frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of advanced techniques like Transformers
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics, and ability to apply them to real-world problems
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
