Required Experience and Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Chinese language is a must.
Awareness of culture sensitivity is imperative.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing and writing.
Previous data mining and analysis experience preferred.
Experience in quality management preferred.
Entry level position with on-the-job training.
8am to 5pm PST or 9am to 6 pm PST. (PACIFIC TIME ZONE)
Must be flexible with training hours for the first few weeks.
More flexible schedule apart from the PST time zone may be possible after training/tests, with approval from team lead.
