Your Responsibilities:

• Market analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Focused product group: pressure sensitive speciality adhesive tapes PSA (Joining & fixation, Indus-trial mounting tapes, double sided tapes)
• Defining target groups: Identifying and developing new markets and customer segments
• Developing a sales strategy: Planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue
• Identify, develop and grow business opportunities in the adhesive industry
• Work on specification tasks and define target market segments
• Build and maintain strong networks within the industry to create sustainable growth

Your Profile:

• Proven track record as a sales manager, key account manager or equivalent
• Experience in the adhesive industry (Joining & fixation, Industrial mounting tapes, double sided tapes)
• Strong sales and networking skills
• Hands-on approach and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Language skills: Mandarin native speaker or at least profound knowledge, English and/or German on top is essential
