​Job Description: Shipping Manager

本岗位：
As a Shipping Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's shipping operations, ensuring the smooth execution of all logistics processes. This includes handling foreign trade documentation, overseeing export procedures, and coordinating with freight forwarders. The Shipping Manager will also maintain accurate records, verify expenses, and assist with other departmental tasks to ensure the efficiency of shipping operations.
作为物流经理，你将负责管理和优化公司的物流操作，确保所有物流流程的顺利执行。包括处理外贸文件，监督出口流程，与货运代理协调。物流经理还将维护准确记录，核实费用，并协助完成其他部门任务，以确保物流操作的效率。RESPONSIBILITIES:
职责：

• Responsible for all work related to the foreign trade documentation process
• 负责所有与外贸文件流程相关的工作
• Independently operate export documentation, booking, loading, customs clearance, and other related tasks

独立操作出口文件、订舱、装货、报关及其他相关任务

• Track the dynamics of goods and communicate with freight forwarding companies in a timely manner

跟踪货物动态并与货运代理公司及时沟通负责组织、分类并存档与物流相关的文件协助跟踪部门处理报告数据并管理文件协助完成部门经理分配的其他任务在ERP系统中建立并维护新客户核实各种费用及系统付款请求REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsible for organizing, categorizing, and archiving documents related to shipping
• Assist the tracking department in processing report data and managing documents
• Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the department manager
• Establish and maintain new customers in the ERP system
• Verification of various expenses and system payment requests

岗位要求：

• Proven work experience in shipping or logistics management. At least 3 years of work experience in international trade or shipping processes is strongly preferred.
• 具有物流或货运管理工作经验。3年以上国际贸易或货运流程工作经验者优先。
• Familiarity with foreign trade documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding procedures

熟悉外贸文件、报关及货运代理流程

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or other relevant specialization

本科及以上学历，物流、供应链管理、国际贸易或其他相关专业较强的组织和文件管理能力优秀的沟通和协调能力，特别是与外部合作伙伴的沟通能力良好的英语口语和书面表达能力熟练使用ERP系统和物流相关软件熟悉数据分析和跟踪报告具备高效管理多项任务和按时完成任务的能力REPORTING LINE:

• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with external partners
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Proficient in ERP systems and logistics-related software
• Comfortable with data analysis and tracking reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines
