【职位描述】： 1、负责Accio品牌的全球社交媒体策略制定与执行，包括Instagram、Twitter、Tiktok、Youtube等平台，提升品牌知名度和影响力。 2、策划并制作高质量的爆款内容，吸引并维护全球用户群体，提高用户参与度和粘性。 3、监控和分析社交媒体数据，定期报告运营效果，优化内容策略，以实现用户增长和活跃度目标。 4、与产品、用增、设计等部门紧密合作，确保内容与品牌定位、市场活动和产品特性的一致性。 5、关注行业动态，研究竞品，探索新的社交媒体趋势和工具，以创新方式提升品牌影响力。 1、Responsible for developing and executing Accio's global social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, increasing brand awareness and influence. 2、Create and produce original viral content to attract and engage a global audience, enhancing user engagement and brand awareness. 3、Monitor and analyze social media metrics, regularly reporting on performance, and adjusting content strategies to achieve user growth and engagement goals. 4、Collaborate closely with product, user growth and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand positioning, market activities, and product features. 5、Stay updated on industry trends, research competitors, and explore new social media trends and tools to innovate and boost brand impact.

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播或相关专业，有3年以上全球社交媒体运营经验。 2、熟悉全球社交媒体平台，具备独立策划和执行社交媒体活动的能力，有在社媒平台打造爆款传播案例者优先。 3、具备出色的内容创作和编辑能力，能用多种语言（英语为主）进行有效沟通。 4、良好的数据分析能力，能从数据中洞察用户行为，优化运营策略。 5、具备团队协作精神，善于跨部门沟通，有在快节奏环境中解决问题的能力。 1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Journalism, or related fields, with more than 3 years of experience in global social media operations. 2、Familiarity with global social media platforms, with the ability to independently plan and execute social media campaigns, with a track record of success. 3、Excellent content creation and editing skills, capable of effective communication in multiple languages, primarily English. 4、Strong data analysis skills to derive insights from user behavior and optimize operational strategies. 5、Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
