资格和经验：

Bachelor degree or above in Civil engineering / Electrical Engineering and Automation / HVAC, or other related majors. More than 10 years' experience in project management for manufactory or property projects, including but not limited the construction management, design coordination, engineering change management, equipment selection, site commissioning, acceptance and handover work.

土木工程、电气工程及其自动化、暖通工程等相关专业本科以上学历，10年以上制造工厂或地产项目管理经验，包括但不限于施工管理、设计协调、变更管理、设备选型、现场调试、验收移交等工作。

Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation.
