THE JOB:

本岗位：

As a financial manager, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling daily income and expenses. Analyze and study financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide financial information to superiors. Organize and coordinate the daily work of the finance department, and execute financial plans. Handle issues from tax bureaus, industrial and commercial bureaus, banks, and other institutions. Foreign exchange risk control and ensure the safety of company funds.

作为财务经理，你将管理日常收支的管理和核对。分析、研究财务数据，准备财务报告，向上级提供财务信息。组织协调财务部日常工作，执行财务计划。处理来自税务局，工商局，银行等机构的问题。外汇风险管控确保公司资金安全。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

职责：

--- Audit financial documents, organize files and manage invoices;

审核财务单据，整理档案，管理发票；

--- Assist superiors to review accounting vouchers, check and adjust accounts, analyz budgets, control daily expenses, and manage fixed assets;

协助上级审核记账凭证、核对调整账目、预算分析、控制日常费用、管理固定资产；

--- Draft and process of financial related files and reports;

起草处理财务相关资料和报告；

--- Count, print, submit, register, and keep various financial data and reports;

统计、打印、呈交、登记、保管各类报表和报告；

--- Periodic reconciliation, and find out discrepancy if any;

定期对账，如发现差异，查明差异原因，处理结账有关的财务调整事宜；

--- Manage bank accounts, transfer transactions and invoices;

管理银行账户，转账交易与发票；

--- Finish tax declaration work in time;

定期完成企业税务申报等工作；

--- Verify tax refund information and monitor the progress of tax refunds

核对退税信息，监督退税进展

--- Foreign exchange risk control and ensure the safety of company funds

外汇风险管控，确保公司资金安全

--- Communicate with the German finance department and develop fund budget

与国外财务部沟通并制定资金预算

--- Answer questions from German finance departments and cooperate with their audit work

解答国外财务部的疑问，配合其审计工作

--- Assist the superior to carry out the communication and coordination with the internal finance team；

协助上级开展与财务内部的沟通与协调工作；

--- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

完成上级指派的其他工作。

REQUIREMENTS:

岗位要求：

--- Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors；

会计、财务或者相关专业本科以上学历；

--- More than 5 years work experience in finance , rich experience in financial processing. Preferably in global companies;

5年以上企业财务工作经验，有丰富财务处理工作经验。有跨国公司财务工作经验者优先

--- Familiar with national financial accounting regulations and related tax policies；

熟悉国家财务会计法规和相关税收政策；

--- Familiar with banking issues and tax declaration process；

熟悉银行业务和报税流程；

--- Have experience in handling export tax refund issues；

有处理出口退税事宜的经验；

--- Familiar with financial software and office software；

熟练应用财务软件和办公软件；

--- With good data analysis ability；

良好的数据分析能力；

--- Good command of both spoken and written English

良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；

--- Be dedicated, rigorous, and careful at work, and has strong sense of responsibility；
