Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee program (only for the duration of the program). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.


  • Team assistant role for team;
  • Support RFP related work;
  • Support Reliability related work;
  • Support OTA related work;
  • Support team activities organization and host.

1. Currently an undergraduate student majoring in relevant science and engineering disciplines such as Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, etc.

2. Fluent in spoken English and able to conduct professional communication related to IT.

3. Proficient in programming languages such as C++ and Python, and have experience in database management.

4. Possess good teamwork and communication skills.
