Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Strategy and Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and managing projects across the organization. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and report to cooperate strategy head.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement corporate strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement corrective actions.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to corporate strategy and project management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in corporate strategy development and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
