What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling transportation services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Accurately input and update information in our system.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
