Achieve annually planned sales targets
 Ensure the regional operation of configuration and quotation systems for strategic busi-ness and marketing goals in the regions
 Assists ZSM and regional dealers for achieving planned targets and for new growth strat-egies
 Builds database for local account management and further development in the market and evalua-tions
 Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and busi-ness, makes recommendations on pricing strategies

Education / 教育背景
Bachelor Degree or above in Material Engineering or relavant preferred.

Experience / 经验
 Minimal 2 years of sales and marketing experience in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.
 Lived and worked in the regions
 Imaging technology, optics or microscopy experiences would be a big plus
