Who We Are
Dell’Oro Group is a research firm specializing in business planning and strategic competitive analysis in the communications equipment industry. Our clients include system vendors, component makers, service providers, financial institutions, and government agencies. We are a small, but very specialized firm. Our industry analyses and forecasts are quoted extensively in the financial and business press, corporate press releases, and annual reports.
Senior Industry Analyst—Data Center (Contractor)
Position Based in Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen, China
Dell’Oro Group is looking for a dynamic team player with exceptional organizational skills and a high level of energy to join our market research team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior members of our team, leveraging Dell’Oro Group’s existing data of Chinese vendors. The candidate will be responsible for interviewing data center ecosystem participants to learn why market trends are happening, and assess what this implies for the future. This role would engage extensively with cloud data center service providers, systems integrators, and IT and network managers at large enterprises that are focused on the data center.
Through these interviews, and collaboration with the US-based analysts the candidate would create comprehensive qualitative reports on the Data Center Infrastructure market in the China region. Moreover, the China Analyst will closely collaborate with our APAC Regional Sales Director and marketing team to help develop program success strategies which will lead to associated financial rewards.
