Purpose:
The main purpose of the position is to release purchase orders and payments on time as well as buy production/office consumable.

Responsibilities：
  • Transfer purchase order to supplier
  • Filling in order detail list in Excel file, tacking order implement situation
  • Double check purchase order with receipt, quantity, unit price,...
  • Apply payment
  • Collate purchase order document
  • Buy office consumable and production consumable

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years working experience with SAP
  • Be good in Microsoft Office
