The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.

Job Description:

Align to Mastercard business operation model and core business
Structure and implement the marketing research about payment industry status with insights
Cross-border business status, including inbound and outbound, face to face and ecommerce
Conduct gap analysis on Business Development Team’s readiness for developing new business, from relationship and integration with other Mastercard assets
Propose the action plan to help the team to gear up
Set up guideline regarding how to identify business opportunities

Education:

Graduating seniors - Class of 2025
Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome to apply)
